Amos Kimebur holds an MBA (Finance Option) Degree from Kenyatta University and a B.Ed (First Class Honours) degree from the same university. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya and has vast working experience in finance, accounting, administration, internal audit and grant management having worked in different capacities within the private and the NGO/NPO Sectors. Prior to joining AATF he worked at Mobile World (K) Ltd as Finance and Administration Manager, at ILRI as a Special Grants Accountant for BecA Project, at Uchumi Supermarkets Ltd as a Management Trainee, Assistant Branch Manager and later as an Assistant Category Manager. Amos started his career as an Accountant at Sapon Insurance Brokers Ltd. He is a registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). As the Head of Finance, his work is to manage the day-to-day financial functions, the budget cycle, project accounts administration and reporting, statutory reporting, financial system administration, coordinating statutory audits and ensuring efficient operation of internal controls, resource management and finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Amos is a Kenyan national.
