Whilst AATF takes all reasonable care in the provision of its services, it does not guarantee the accuracy of its publications, data records or advice, nor accept any responsibility for errors or omissions or their consequences.
AATF only collects information that is voluntarily provided by site visitors, such as a name, an email address, or an organisational affiliation. Any information provided to AATF is kept confidential and will be used only to send AATF updates and news. A visitor may choose to have this information removed at any time.
Correcting and changing user information and preferences
If you are receiving email communications from AATF but wish to discontinue this service, you may request to do so at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You also have the option to request a revision of your user information at any time by emailing the requested changes to email@example.com.
AATF staff understands the need for user privacy and we maintain strict security procedures to protect your information. Access to user data is strictly limited to specific individuals who are trained to respect user privacy. The access given to these employees is restricted to their need of such information for business reasons. All information is maintained on servers controlled by AATF or its partners. AATF will not barter, trade, or sell access to our database of registered users to any person or organisation.
