Biotech Cotton is Key to Ethiopia's Agricultural Transformation Program

Sylvester Oikeh, project manager for the Water Efficient Maize for Africa Project at the African Agricultural Technology Foundation (AATF), says that biotech maize and cowpea have huge potential to address food insecurity in Africa. The interview was conducted following the Center for Strategic and International Studies' panel on "The Potential of Biotechnology to Address Food Security in Africa."
