Before joining AATF, she worked for CARE International in Somalia, based in Nairobi, for 15 years in various capacities. Before her departure, she was the Administration Assistant cum Executive Secretary to the Country Director and the Assistant Country Director. Prior to CARE, she worked with Catholic Brothers of St Charles Lwanga as secretary cum receptionist. Caroline is a Kenyan National.
